Terms of Use Agreement for NFR Last Updated: 20 September 2023.

These Terms of Use("Agreement") govern your use of the NFR platform and services ("NFR," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using NFR, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use NFR. 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

1.1. By using NFR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement. 

1.2. If you are using NFR on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. 

2. Use of NFR 

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use NFR. If you are under 18, you may only use NFR with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. 

2.2. You agree not to use NFR for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. 

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your password with others. 

3. Privacy 

3.1. Your use of NFR is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information. 

4. User Content 

4.1. You are solely responsible for any content you submit or upload to NFR, including text, images, or any other materials ("User Content"). 

4.2. By submitting User Content, you grant NFR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free ,sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform User Content in connection with NFR. 

4.3. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity. 

5. Termination 

5.1. NFR may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. 

5.2. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement that should reasonably survive termination will continue in full force and effect. 

6. Disclaimers 

6.1. NFR is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. 

6.2. NFR does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any content or services provided through the platform. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

7.1. NFR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. 

8. Governing Law 

8.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montréal, Canada. 

9. Changes to Terms 

9.1. NFR may modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the platform. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement.

By using NFR, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue your use of NFR immediately.
